How ICE works - important stuff you should read…now.

ICE    represents kids, teen, adult and mature models in commercial TV, print and fashion, where the focus is on a 'look' rather than an individual’s height. Personality faces, catwalkers and dancers with healthy skin, hair and attitude can apply for paid work with the ICE casting code.

ICE    offers free makeup and shoots on nominated days, saving you $220.00. This offer is in conjunction with casting code purchase which enables you to see, select & submit for paid jobs instantly (images cannot be filtered, wedding, happy snaps or fantasy style).

ICE    Ice is the only agency which places up to 300 paid castings per month upfront for all to see. However, only Ice models can submit for the jobs instantly. The Ice casting code allows models not to be dependent solely on a booker’s selection. Clients too, can shortlist you for a live casting or book a model direct after viewing the online head sheet.

ICE    prefers new faces from 160-180 cm. Those who are 180cm+ may contact reputable agents Chadwick, Chic or Scene models. If under 16 years, please attend with an adult. Models with poor skin or bad attitude may be disappointed at the lack of instant industry success.

ICE   assists with location shoots and workshops to prepare for castings. However, the final success at a casting depends on your job compatibility (not all models get selected). Current rates vary $330~$1100 pd less agency fees, while feature & voice work command a higher fee.

ICE   80% of successful female models in 2011 were size 8-12, 48-58 kg, had clear skin and a daily exercise routine. If you can do the same, Ice will guarantee your castings. We cast for paid commercial work - NOT soft porn or lads mags and do not sanction or permit TFP shoots.

ICE   written guarantee of work – An industry first for talented and committed models that complete the ICE professional model course. There are NO annual joining fees & NO contracts and models are NOT required to be exclusive to ICE.
