New Clients: A live casting prior to the confirmation of any talent service is recommended. The cancellation of talent after a written confirmation is received from the client will incur a fee equal to 50% of the full negotiated fee and is payable within 14 days of the cancellation. Weather holds must be called into the agency booker by 6.00 am. All flat rate fees are payable prior to the shoot.
